Fubuki, known as "Blizzard of Hell," is the top B-Class hero in the Hero Association. An esper and Tatsumaki's younger sister, she leads the B-Class Blizzard Group. With her sister, they form the Psychic Sisters. Fubuki aims to recruit Saitama while claiming membership in his group.
